Cuistinevitamin.se applies both the Consumer Buying Act and the Distance Contract Act. In order to make an order, the customer must be 18 years old or have a guardians consent. Customer means a physical person.
Ordering of products is made on www.cuisinevitamin.se, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 0709-838384.
Cuisine Vitamin reserves the right to deny customers purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you and residue note it. When we receive the item, we will sent it to you. If you do not wish the item listed, you can always contact us and cancel it.
All prices includes Swedish VAT, food 12%, skin care 25% and are stated in Swedish kroner. Cuisinevitamin.se reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes that we can not rule over. Fee for shipping and delivery will be added.
The purchase on the website is made via Klarna Checkout. You enter your social security number and zip code at the checkout, and Klarna automatically makes a credit check. The purchase is registered when you click on completed purchase and an invoice is created automatically. In the next step, you can choose to change payment options for card payments, direct payment or installments.
You must enter your National Account Address for the purchase to go through. Klarna Checkout does not work with companies.
If you want to shop through your company or if Klarna does not accept your credit status, you will be redirected to a card payment page.
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Card payment takes place via an encrypted connection to DIBS payment exchange. We hold SSL certificates and meet the requirements of PCI DSS, in order for you as a customer to feel safe to pay by card on our website.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we will contact you. Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart.
If delivery delay for any reason arises, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchases in the event of extensive delivery delays.
Shipping fees are added to all orders.
Satisfied Customer Warranty means you are entitled to return the item if you are not satisfied with the product.
Cuisinevitamin.se applies the Distance Contract Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to return the product, without any special reason. The goods must be returned in unaltered condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs.
For return, you must notify us within 14 days from receiving the item that you will return it. You will then be entitled to a refund within 14 days of your return.
However, we must collect the goods or provide proof that the goods are returned before the money is paid out. The full amount is refunded and refund is made the same as you paid at the order.

Cuisinevitamin.se applies the Consumer Buying Act on complaints. Therefore, we commit to replace wrong or broken products at no additional cost. We can then choose to return the wrong product and then send a return shipping note to you. If you choose to ship the item yourself, we will refund the shipping cost to you as soon as possible, within 14 days.
As a customer, you have 3 years right to claim a product where an original error has been discovered. If the complaint is accepted, you will be compensated for the additional costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as telephone, gas and parking costs, etc.
Keep in mind that you should not resolve packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In such cases, make a complaint to the Post Office directly at the place of delivery and ask them to return the package to Cuisinevitamin.se and write the reason for the return on the package. Then mail to email@example.com to inform about the complaint.
The number of capsules printed on the products is an average. As the cans are filled with machines, it can be difficult to get an exact amount in each can. It can therefore change about 5% up or down in number.
If you for some reason don’t claim your package, you will pay the shipping costs.
Keep in mind that the length of time that your package can stay at the Post Office has been shortened to 14 days! Unclaimed packages are charged a fee, currently 95:- SEK. The fee will be charged in arrears.
Under no circumstances will we disclose any personal information without the consent of the person in question. The same goes for e-mail addresses.
Cuisinevitamin.se reserve ourselves against content errors on the website and in the price list.
