The acerola cherry (Malpighia glabra L.) is native to Central and South America.
It has a higher content of natural vitamin C than all fruits we know. The juice of this type of cherry is gently dried, while the important natural vitamin C and all other plant ingredients such as Pro-vitamin A, vitamin B1, B2, niacin, proteins and trace elements remain fully active.
